Romania is set for a chilly and wet start to November, according to the latest four-week outlook from the National Meteorological Administration (ANM). The forecast, covering 2–30 November, shows temperatures below the seasonal norm across the whole country during the first week, with rainfall above average in many regions.

In the opening week, from Monday 2 November, cooler-than-usual conditions will be felt everywhere. Precipitation is expected to be higher than normal in the south, east, and locally in the west and centre, while the far north-west may see less rain than typical for early November.

The second week, roughly 9–15 November, brings a return to average temperatures nationwide. Rainfall will be surplus in the west and north-west, but close to normal elsewhere. During the third week, 16–22 November, average temperatures continue, with rainfall near normal overall—though a slight deficit is possible in the south and a slight surplus in the north-west.

For the final stretch, 23–30 November, the ANM expects temperatures and precipitation to be around the seasonal average across all regions. No significant extremes are forecast, but residents and visitors should keep an umbrella handy, especially in the first half of the month when wetter conditions are more likely in many areas.
